Our Coach is Cuter than Your Coach - Josh Pastner, University of Memphis

How Great is Our God - How Great Thou Art

We sang this in choir tonight....I really like how it blends contemporary Christian with traditional gospel.

Austin took Morgan to her Prom

Doesn't he look like he could be a model with his serious look.
Special thanks to Debbie at Debbie's Flowers and Gifts in Bartlett for always making beautiful flower arrangements for us.  Makes us think of her parents Bob and Donna Bourne.
Don't mind the gutter!!!!  Ughh, I am SO NOT A PHOTOGRAPHER!

Grandmomma would love this, Blush and Bashful

Elvis - Tim Rowland - "Voices of Legends"

Tim did an All Elvis tribute, that is Ms. Blanche back there who went to Humes High School with Elvis

Mrs. Conlee has really come out of her shell since she started going to Tim's show.  It turned out to be alot of fun....live music, a little dancing to 50's and 60's rock and roll, and a little open mic.

Pork Tenderloin....................Ummm Ummm Good!!!

Pork tenderloin
brown sugar
black pepper
cook LOW and SLOW!!!

Description

Mouthwatering deliciousness is this pork tenderloin recipe.
I can’t describe just how good it is.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Pork Tenderloin
  •   (1 Pkg. Of 2 Tenderloins), Cut Into 4 Pieces Total
  • 1 pound Bacon
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 cups Brown Sugar (I always use extra - yum!)

Preparation

Wrap the tenderloin pieces in bacon. Place in an
8 1/2″ x 11″ pan. Poke holes in meat with a fork.
Combine rest of ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Bake in a 300 degree oven for 1-2 hours.

If the bacon burns, place foil over the top after
approximately 1/2 of baking time.  You want it to at least 170-180 degrees to pull apart.  You can bake it more rare, but we prefer it to be "done".  Remove from
oven, cut meat into small pieces and allow the meat
to soak up the excess juices in the pan.
