Orange Beach 2013

We went straight from New York City to Orange Beach, Alabama.  We had alot of fun and it was very relaxing, but for Austin and myself, we were away from home for 12 nights.  That is a LONG time to be away. 

Annabeth and I did a manicure and pedicure most every day.  It is fun to just relax and spend one on one time with the kids. 

We stayed at the Phoenix East on the ground floor.  We loved being able to just walk out onto the pool or beach without waiting on an elevator, but even though we were gulf front, we could not see over the sand dunes.

Austin's first time on a Broadway Stage

During part of Bette Midler's show "I'll Eat You Last", she called a gentleman from the audience to fetch her cigarettes and then again to get her a drink.  She called AUSTIN on the stage with her.  Then at the curtain call, she called her "little star" to come take his bow with her.  You could have knocked him over with a feather.

Dwayne and I decided to surprise Austin with a trip to New York City for his graduation present.  He got to fly for the first time.  I was much more nervous than Austin was.
