Our 20th Wedding Anniversary

We stayed at a Bed and Breakfast called Peaceful Oaks, just outside of Jackson Tennessee

You can't really tell it from the picture, but these are tiny miniature daffodils.  Dwayne bought these for me to remind me of our anniversary weekend.  He CAN be romantic if he needs to be.  I love him so much.

Sarah went out to my co-worker, Rachel's, farm and rode a horse for the first time since getting thrown off of a horse as a young teenager.  She was very scared, but loved it.

She let Noah ride a little pony.  He loved it as well.  I think he will be a natural rider.  Hunter was so impressed with the big animals.  I am thankful that their mom spends time with them to do things that they might not otherwise get to do.

To say that I am obsessed with Jersey Boys is an understatement.  We went three times during their run here at the Orpheum Theater. 

Alcoholism is a horrible thing

I had a friend whose wife suffered with an addiction to alcohol.  She eventually lost that battle.  This was the haunting, heartwrenching song that her son sang at the funeral.  So sad.............
